About our Team

Our team is especially interested in making all of our patients feel right at home.  By putting your needs first with our exceptional customer service, we work very diligently to help you achieve your best possible orthodontic result.

Our team is trained, skilled and strives to provide an energetic and fun-loving service to each patient.  We have many years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care.  We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology, techniques and information available to our profession by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars for our profession.  We also believe in cross-training each team member to gain a wider range of expertise in all areas of the orthodontic field.

You will get to know our front office team as well as our clinical team.  Our front office team includes a new patient coordinator, an insurance coordinator, two treatment coordinators, an appointment coordinator and two business office coordinators.  Any member of this team will be more than happy to help you with any questions or concerns that you may have.

We highly encourage our clinical team to become X-ray and CPR certified and to be certified by the South Carolina Orthodontic Assistants Association.  Our clinical team is in constant “training mode” due to the endless advances in techniques and technology.  This ensures that each clinical member maintains a high level of clinical efficiency for all of our patients.  In addition, our “in-house” laboratory and laboratory technician enables us to deliver custom-made appliances in a timely manner.

The administrative and clinical aspects of the practice work in unison.  Our computer systems and I.T. support allow us to fully integrate personal, account and insurance information at the touch of a button, while our digital X-rays, digital photographs and digital models create the most efficient and seamless technological portfolio for each patient.

You will leave our office feeling like you have had the best customer service possible… we bet our braces on it!!!
